Water breaking? Discharge? How will i know?

Im 34 weeks! I went to the bathroom to urinate, about 40 secs later..there was a gush of fluid enough to go through my sweat pants. And then there was more about 1 min later. Cant tell if its like more pee? Discharge or water breaking. No contractrions no other symptoms either.

Anything that feels like a gush should be checked immediately. You can never be too safe. My water broke at home and I didn’t feel contractions until about an hour later.

I’ve had this and unfortunately my midwife said baby must’ve rotated and “pushed” the rest of the urine out - she basically told me I peed myself 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤰🏻 no testing and just said to work on my kegels lol

Girl I just got discharged after 4 days. I had what felt like Braxton Hicks contractions but they were to close together so I went in for the hell of it. I ended up having real contractions lol. I just thought I was gonna get shot down and it was real

Thanks ladies, ive decided to kind let nature take its course. We are having EXTREME weather conditions right now. After that happened last night, baby girl was just moving like crazy and very hard and low( at my last appt my midwife confirmed she was already in position, head down, low but never checked me for dialition). It was followed my a soul crushing headache, and just not feeling my normal pregnant self. Here i am 9 am at work. Slight back and pelvic pains.. Like the bones, a slight headache is coming on..i havnt had haeadache since the 2nd trimester. Baby girl is moving hard and low right now. When i stand it feels like im literally going to piss my self and have no control over it. Im waiting and praying this isnt preterm labor. Im only 34 weeks :(

It’s a gush, my precious pregnancy was more than a normal wee, there was no confusion when it happened. Contractions also didn’t start until around 1hr after. I’d go get checked just in case. They won’t be able to do an internal, due to the risk of infection, but will be able to monitor you and see if things are starting.
