11dpo idk tell me if I'm cray cray

I'm 11 dpo and I got a bfn this morning but I've been having a few symptoms. 3 days ago I got mild cramps and then a big pinching feeling in uterus. The next day I noticed little blue veins on one of my nipples and that same day I went to a party and wanted to fall asleep so bad. Then today I went to the beach with my husband and I had to go to the car to lay down bc I was so exhausted I thought I was going to pass out. My nipples are sensitive but they don't hurt and normally I don't have feeling in my nipples. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms and got BFP?? I don't have any cravings or nausea and my smell isn't heightened
