Implantation??

Im 10dpo. I have had very light cramps. It kinda feels dull. I usually have really bad period cramps. I was on birth control several years ago for how bad it was. But this is nothing compared to what it usually is. Ive had a hot flash for about an hour now. And a sudden nauseas feeling but didnt throw up. Also have a minor headache. My period is due on Thursday. Is it too late for implantation? also I tested like a couple hours ago and i got a bfn.
