Post-sex: nipple tenderness & bloating

Hi ladies! After sex, my nipples are always sticking out more than they normally do. Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this? Also! I tend to experience a light bloated feel where I'm just filled with gas - is this also normal? This doesn't occur as often, but I have heard it tends to happen when couples have rough sex. Can anyone speak from experience? Thanks so much!
