Paranoid and Scared

So at 12 weeks they told me they think baby has gastroschisis. Now I’m at 16 weeks and it was confirmed last week at the appointment. That I was ready for but something looked off during the ultrasound then the picture I got from that appointment I noticed something that just hasn’t been sitting right with me. There’s two lumps, one on the back of baby’s neck and one a little lower on its back that weren’t there 3 weeks ago. I didn’t notice it until after I left but I also feel like there’s something my doctors aren’t telling me. I asked if it was possible for a rough estimate on how much of baby’s intestines were hanging out and every time the Doc breezed over it. Can anyone else see the lumps? Is that normal? I’ve never seen that on an ultrasound and I’m worried something else might be wrong.
