Cycle changes

In March of 2018 I had my iud taken out to try for baby number 3. In May 2018 I was pregnant and it ended in a right ovary ectopic. In June 2018 I had a cyst rupture and was taken into surgery because my right ovary had an active bleed. I had a 26 day cycle every month from July until December maybe. Then it went to a 27-28 day cycle. I always have ovulated on day 13 or 14. I didn’t buy test strips this month but I always get ovulation pains and check my cm. It seems I ovulated on day 10 or 11. Will this make my cycle shorter?
