Trans vaginal scan

I'm currently on cd 84 which makes me over 2 months late on my period. Me and my husband have been trying for our 2nd child for 10 months now but no luck. We were caught in the first month with our first pregnancy!

I've had a lot of symptoms and cramps. I've taken tests and had one blood test at the Drs which all came back negative.

They have booked me in for a trans vaginal scan in a few weeks🙈 what are your thoughts and experiences with this? Anyone been through anything similar?
