I'm five weeks post partum... My bleeding had stopped and just came back a few days ago. It heavy so I'm thinking it's my first period. I'm wearing a pad right now but my flow is so heavy I have to change it every hour. I've been reading online and it says not to use tampons until 6 weeks. But I've always worn super plus tampons for my period so I've always had a heavy flow and was wondering if I'd be okay to wear tampons at 5 weeks PP instead of waiting til 6 weeks because it so heavy that I can't even go in public without fear of it leaking out of my pad(it's happened at home already)...
