Hair salon

I got tape in extension place in my hair on Friday 4/12/19 and today I decided that I was going to shower and wash my hair, first time washing my hair since they got placed. As soon as I wet my hair and went to start shampooing I noticed some of my extensions started to slip. Well I thought it was only one or two, no big deal. Well I started feeling around before putting anymore shampoo in my hair and found a total of 20 extensions had started slipping and then they started to come out entirely.

Is it wrong of me to call the salon and ask them to remove what is left and give me my money back?

I spent $525 to have them installed and not even 5 days later and they are coming out. I'm so upset and mad about this. I don't even want them to put the extensions back in. I just want them all out and a refund. I feel so ugly right now and I don't even want to go out in public because of this
