help help help, how to stop binge eating

before these past few months i have been relatively healthy at least physically but recently i eat pretty healthy during the day then come home and BINGE its not even on unhealthy food just it is so much and i really want to stop without being so restrictive bc i feel this is harming my physical and emotional health as well as my grades because i come home, eat, go on electronics mindlessly, eat some more, then feel like shit so just go to sleep with out doing any homework and i could be running or playing music or drawing or writing or doing stuff that i like but i dont even know why i cant do any of this and it all just feels like a downward spiral and i really want to stop this in its tracks before it gets out of hand because i have gained some weight but that’s not the only issue, i generally feel like shit, and i want to come out of this please help i need tips

i have 2 tests tomorrow, an essay due tonight that i haven’t started, and some practice problems and i loveeee learning i just cant bring myself out of this and do it and its now 10:30 so im planning on going to sleep, then waking up early tomorrow and doing yoga and showering and then doing work for like 1 hr then after school come home, have a flute lesson, drink some water then go on a run then come home and eat some almonds and fruit and try not to eat anything else but please help i really need help with this

maybe i should start weight lifting or meditating both are things i really want to try

ughhhhh i literally feel like shit help help

i just feel uninspired and this issue is just an extension of that
