Sick Toddler

My toddler is puking, should I take him to the doctor? Or am I over reacting? I puke literally everyday of my life so I know that puking does not always equate sickness but he’s also feverish and has had a cold the last few days. It’s probably just drainage in his stomach making him sick, right? Not worth a doctors visit? I just get so worried when it comes to my baby. I had a lot of undiagnosed health issues growing up so I’m scared he might have the same problems. I’m probably just overreacting right? 🤦🏻‍♀️
