Before, I hated every single thing about my body. I was 180 pounds and for some reason never felt beautiful no matter what I was wearing or where I was going.. I was going through a lot, lost my best friend, no longer talked to my father and even moved in with my grandma at 17, crashed my car, and almost didn’t graduate on time. It felt like one bad thing after another was happening and then I got a job at the YMCA and I started working out using it as a coping mechanism and spent a year doing after graduating high school to fall in love with myself before I went to college because I felt like I would fail. Now I’m a healthy 118 pounds and I’m in an amazing relationship, I have an amazing job, I’m living on my own now, and I’m registering for college this fall!

The purpose of this post was to let you ladies know that it’s okay to take time to love yourself💕 it’s important!
