Early labor?? And sorta tmi

I’m 33 weeks and I’ve been getting sick all night and have had diarrhea a few times. Right before I get sick I’ve noticed my stomach will get hard and crampy. I feel okay other than the fact that I’m vomiting no fever or aches really, just tired from being up all night. My ankles and feet have been 3x their normal size the last couple days as well. The baby is still moving all about but I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this went into early labor? Calling my doctor once they open but just wanted someone else’s thoughts??
