Married since Nov 18 n thinking divorce

My first marriage his second, and he has changed tremendously. His ex who he was married to for 3 years and have one kid together, has been giving him problems, he is having issues at his job and literally everything has been taking it out on me. He has a flat effect, one tone, distant, uninterested in even asking how my day is going, not spending any time with my son or making any attempts unless asked. I'm very verbal and call him out on it and he States I'm an emotionally abusive bipolar acting bitch and need to treat him with respect. I'm about done. I was single for 11 years after I had my son because I wanted to wait for the right person, but now I think I made a huge mistake.
