Any advice on loosing weight

Okay I have hated my body for literally as long as I can remember and I really want to have a flat stomach so I can just stop hating going anywhere because I think I’m over weight. I exercise a bit but I can’t find any good cardio workouts that you can do at home for free,, any suggestions? I count my calories but I need help on what food help weight lose and if u have any recommendations of meals or apps to help track please comment. I hate my body and I hate that I hate it because it ruins everything when I compare myself to others and get so upset and no one understands, please just comment anything helpful🙏🏼
