Anybody diagnosed with hyperthyroid during pregnancy?

I just got diagnosed today. I also have hyperemesis and wondering if the two are related? I've never had thyroid issues before pregnancy. This is my second pregnancy btw.

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroid after my second baby in 2017. My levels are pretty controlled now and I’m even off all medications. My doctor said during this pregnancy I just have to get my levels checked every 4 weeks to make sure they are staying within normal range.

I was diagnosed low thyroid with my first. I was put on meds for pregnancy and my thyroid was fine after delivery. I’ve had it checked this time around too. I had no problems the first time around.
