AR Food Stamps

I live in arkansas and need to file for food stamps (snap benefits)

My husband is disabled so we only have to pass the net income test.

We own 2 homes (I'm not looking for judgemental comments) and 1 of them is for sale. But until it sells we still have to pay the mortgage.

Can I file on both of or houses as the shelter deduction?? Since he is disabled and gets ssi, we do not have a limit as far as shelter cost deductions. But I'm unsure about the 2 houses.

Aslo because he is disabled, his resources are not counted.

What do u think??
