Need some wise advice

Hey girlies so just last Sunday i decided to pierce my own nose,i did and i put the jewelry in it looks good and all i wanted to try it out but ive been very fussy about it and i dont want it anymore.do any of you have piercings aside from earlobes that knows more on this matter if so,Would it be ok for me to take it out today and just keep cleaning the hole to make sure it dosent get infected or anything? I just really dont like it it gets in my way to much and i thought it would give me a little boost of confidence but it didnt and now i dont know what to do i just feel so bad about it its hard ti explain almost feels like regret any advice???
