First time stretching.. 14g

Just started stretching my ear tonight.

I started with a 14g bc that’s what my kit came with.

Some people start with 16g, some 14g! I would have started with 16g but it’s hard finding actual KITS starting with that gauge.

Anyways, anyone with stretched ears have any tips for me? I’ve called two shops & one gave me good info & tips on it since they no longer offer gauging anyone’s ears since almost everyone does it themselves.

I’ve also watched tons of YouTube videos & have done my research.

But any advice from my anyone experienced is welcomed!

I would eventually like to be a 2g. Obviously it’ll take time but I want to wear each size for 3-4 months just to see how I like that current size.
