Appetite

So i need to know if this is normal or not. okay so i never really ate a lot but ever since i have had my first kid whom is now 5 he turns 6 this year in a few months i didn’t have an appetite anymore. i did gain a lot of weight i was fat in my face like crazy after i had my son anyways about a year and a half later i got really skinny i stopped eating i would have to force myself to eat even one meal a day. or i would just eat junk food. fast forward to now i have a 1 year old before her i weighed 110 & i didn’t gain much during my pregnancy i reached about 145 (with my second) my fiancé would be on my ass making sure i ate got my protein and iron right. any ways i still don’t have an appetite i only eat one meal a day if that and it could be as small as a muffin or some days i won’t eat or if i do i’ll have junk food not a lot but like chocolate bar or rice crispy treat stuff like that. my man wants me to put on some more weight and i do to i just don’t know how when i don’t eat. i can’t force myself to much because i will just vomit i now weigh 125 after i had my son i felt like i lost the weight so fast i didn’t work out i just stopped eating and got down to 107 (i was 137) & now i can’t seem to gain any more weight idk if it is just the baby weight and that’s why i’m 125 because i still barley eat. but my man just feels like something is wrong with me but then i heard from like the dr tv show about like food and weight loss or whatever that it’s okay to only eat once a day just a kind of big meal type thing i feel like it’s taking a toll on our relationship because we are always fighting about it and he seems to think that i’m not even trying when i am i just can’t help that i never feel hungry and i can’t over do it and force myself when i know the outcome of what happens when i do.
