Trying to ease my troubled mind...

After having 2 miscarriages already I have been watching this pregnancy extra close. At 7w2d i had a transvaginal ultrasound w slight subchorionic bleed that resolved 3 days later w heartbeat of 155 and transvaginal ultrasound 3 days later showed baby measuring ahead 5 days at 8w2d w heartbeat of 154. Ob cant see me until end of month so i scheduled a appt w local office that does ultrasounds free for first ones. I had to fib to say I hadnt had ultrasound yet to get it free. It has been two weeks since last ultrasound and i should have measured 10w4d. They did a abdominal ultrasound and said the heartbeat was 135 and measured 8w4d. The ultrasound was very pixelated and distorted and they never offered to do a transvaginal ultrasound. The tech kept pushing buttons to try to fix depth but couldnt fix it. Bc I had fibbed I couldnt say I should have been measuring 2 weeks further. Could the abdominal ultrasound distortes the quality and make measurements off? Everyone says they are sure it's fine and I am overreacting but am I? Opinions please!
