I’m trying to love my body any treat it right. I’ve started the keto diet and I’ve been keeping track of how I eat but lately since I’ve started my period (yay! I’m dieting to fix my period regulation) Ive wanted junk but I’ve pushed through except for today I had a slice of cake at a dinner AND some juice :( and now I feel really bad about myself and I DIDNT WORKOUT EITHER. I’m afraid I’m going to give up :(

And I’m so embarrassed of my stretch marks ugh I hate them 😬 if anyone has any tips pls comment. I’m honestly desperate for support.
