Implantation or miscarriage?

Has anyone gone through a miscarriage, got implantation bleeding and have gotten really scared thinking it might be another miscarriage?

When I had a miscarriage I knew it was a miscarriage. There’s no mistaking it really. It’s a very heavy period with a lot of pain (obv not for everyone) 
Implantation bleeding is very light. 
Maybe take another test to see if that comes back positive.

I think that once you have a miscarriage you are inherently super paranoid in subsequent pregnancies about having another miscarriage unfortunately... I am 16 weeks pregnant after a miscarriage last year, and still worry every day 😤 Whereas with my first pregnancy (before miscarriage) I had no worries whatsoever! The worrying sucks!!!

Implantation occurs before missed period and positive test

I spotted a few days after ovulation and would have been when my period would have started. That was before I found out I was pregnant. Ended up having a miscarriage exactly a month to me finding out at about 6wks.
