Help please

1 week ago I had a chemical pregnancy. After 4 BFP tests and then two days later a negative I went to the Dr they confirmed I had passed all good. Dr gave me the clear to have intercourse 24 hours bleeding free so we did just that. We have had sex twice since I stopped bleeding and both times he came inside me. My tell of pregnancy is usually real bad acne. After the miscarriage it cleared as I was bleeding. Now I have ance again and my breasts are tender. We ARE trying for another one but I was wondering if its too soon to tell or what. Please help me out. I stopped bleeding 4/12 had sex 4/14 and 4/16. What are your thoughts.
