Day 257 with a 2 year old
The insoles of all of my shoes are missing. No comfortable walking for me. The last pullup flew out the window while driving yesterday. I think it was a sign. Just poop in the toilet and not behind the couch ,little boy. He wants to pick out his own clothes now. To avoid a breakdown I let him wear paw patrol pajamas and a spiderman hoodie to the grocery store. He wanted to push the basket so i let him and he ran across the aisle to get some fruit snacks but he was standing in the way of other people walking by so I tried to put him in the basket. Cue the breakdown. He locks up his legs and starts crying so i look like a complete idiot trying to wrestle this 50lb boy into the basket. The old women talking down the aisle stop talking and stare me down like I'm a crackhead or something. Don't worry ladies I'm not a crackhead. Just a losing my mind a little. I finally get him in the basket and decide to hurry and leave. At this point the whole store is glaring at us. Life is hard these days, gals. I'm sure a lot of you understand. What do you all do when people start glaring at you? Do you apologize or just run out or give them a look back?
