WHAT TO DO WHAT TO ?!!!

okay so im 22 years old and I feel so childish. I love kissing but I don’t know how to french kiss.. I’ve only done it with one person and we were together since I was younger and we aren’t anymore so when it comes to french kissing other people i feel awkward. I’ll kiss them but once they trey and use tongue i pull away.. and i like guys and girls so it’s really ruining my fun on both ends😕😕 and i guess I need some tips?? I dont know how other people go about french kissing someone new but HELP
