Bathroom regression in toddler?

Not totally baby related.....but my daughter is almost 3 and has been potty trained  since before her 2nd birthday, with virtually little to no accidents after the 1st month.
Randomly yesterday she had TWO accidents while at different playgrounds (morning incident, and evening incident). I decided not to freak out and see how today went.... well, she pooped in her pants at school today which is CRAZY. 
Anyone else’s toddler going through this? I’m worried it’s the stress of new baby coming, but she seems totally fine otherwise!!

My boyfriends daughter just turned 5. She doesn’t really have accidents but she does get so wrapped up in playing that she holds it to the bursting point so it’s on the verge of an accident. She also pooped her pants at pre k but I think there was some miscommunication from the teachers because when my bf picked her up she was crying and said the told her she couldn’t go to the bathroom so I went and talked to them to correct it

My 3 year old finally started sleeping through the night a week or two before she turned 3 and now all of a sudden she’s waking up around 2 or 3 and taking over an hour to go back to bed. I don’t get it. We haven’t really pushed potty training cause she hasn’t been interested. At her annual check doctor said don’t even try to push it now since she’d have a regression with the new baby. I actually tried switching her to cloth diaper/pull ups cause I wanted to stop buying her diapers but she’s refusing those and wanting a diaper! Ugh.

I'm having the same kind of thing with my almost 3 year old. The last week or so, hes sleeping horribly and moody.
