I went to make my obgyn visit, this is my third pregnancy. I have no living children (first died full term second was a miscarriage) as I was leaving after scheduling my appointment the nurse asked “so hows your baby ?” Referring to my baby who was stillborn earlier last year. It irritated me because I’ve seen my medical chart / history and if she looked in to know that I had a baby, she would’ve also seen “fetal demise” I just told her “my baby didn’t make it.” And she continued to pry for answers with “oh I’m so sorry how old was the baby ?” I informed her she was full term. With that she said “oh well fingers crossed this one lives”

Like who the fuck says that ? I’m so annoyed by how many insensitive medical staff there are in this specific medical company. When I had my first baby I gave birth via c section and due to how bad it was I was in icu for three days (only taken out because I got sick and they didn’t want to sick me getting sicker) but the day after my baby was born and I found out about her dying the doctor came in looked at my stomach and laughed saying “wow we need to get you up and moving, you look like you’re pregnant with twins !” Like who says that ? I didn’t know you were supposed to bounce back that quick a day after having a baby .

Ughh, have you guys had any experiences like this ? I’m aware there’s good and bad everywhere but it seems like there’s more bad than good in a lot of these places.
