Exploding back pain

Is anyone else got super bad back pain? I asked my mom about it because she had four kids and a bad back and she told me that it's my baby just kicking me that way? I'm not sure but this pain is there from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep. Also when I inhale deeper than I normally do it feels like my back is going to blow up. I'm going to ask my doctor about it but I won't be there until the 29th. Is there a chance that I just need someone to work on my back? If anyone had anything similar I'd really appreciate the help.
