My boyfriend and I have been really good about using condoms every time and since we started sleeping together a couple weeks ago I've been good at remembering to take my pill every day (maybe not at the same time, but within an hour or two of the same time).

But I had some weird spotting a couple days ago (I should be about 2 weeks from a period so I was confused about the bleeding) and today I've started feeling a little nauseous. Is there a chance I might be pregnant or am I freaking out over nothing?
