It’s not natural if you are doing things to start labor. Baby will come when baby is ready. You have to be patient.

I’ve used it with my second baby and it didn’t work but the midwives brew worked for me and she came out healthy and happy.

It’s not necessarily supposed to induce. It’s supposed to soften the cervix. Honestly nothing will induce unless your body is ready or dr intervention. Please Don’t do the midwives brew. It has castor oil and that’s dangerous for the baby. Just try to relax, stay hydrated, and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy.  Things like walking, squats and yoga ball are great excercises but will only progress you if you are already in labor.
