Protein in urine??

I’ve been having some blood pressure problems lately and today it showed up I have a trace of protein in my urine is that normal??

Small amounts of protein in urine is normal while your pregnant. I’m assuming if you had blood work done it was ordered by your doc. Your doctor will call you if there are any concerns but I wouldn’t worry unless it’s larger amounts on protein because it could mean infection. But your good girl!

Trace of excess protein can be kidney problems. Def get it looked into! Has nothing to do with preeclampsia

At 37 weeks I suddenly had high BP and trace protein. They admitted me and I had a c-section the following day. He was breech and I have a blood condition they hoped delivery would resolve (it didn’t), so those were factors. But my midwife said the doctor did write down I showed early indicators of preeclampsia.
