Confused 😐 pregnant or not!? Help

So im sooooo confused right now🤦🏻‍♀️

My period was due one the 8-10 and i was late, then on the on 14 i starter having spotting (light pink) so I thought it was my period... but noooo! I put a tampon on and there was tiny brown discharge but no blood, cramping all day, backache and bloating, fast forward to today, im still cramping with no period, i took a pregnancy test and nothing showed up ( literally nothing).

I’ve been on the arm implant for almost 5 years now, with always a period around same dates 8-10.

Has this happened to anyone?

How long should i wait till i take another test?
