The pinch?

I’m 8dpo and tested this morning and got a bfn. Later on in the day I had maybe 2-3 episodes of pinching sensations on my right side. I was so discouraged but I’ve never had this since I gave birth to my son 2 years ago. I’m hoping this is promising!
