Retin-A 0.04%

I have been using retin a 0.04% for a year now for acne and scaring I had acne and took accutane at 32 and then went off meds and started on retin a 0.04% I found out I’m pregnant last week , I’m afraid my acne will return and the scaring will get worse I wanted to use it as a spot treatment on some new pimlples I see coming and going or should I wait to speak to my OB but my appt is only in June 😪

I have read some people used it and had no issues
