Panic attacks
Does anyone have any tips on how to relax? I’m about 6-ish weeks along and I have a panic attack every other day. I worry because my breasts don’t hurt after they were tingling since ovulation, and I don’t have morning sickness and I freak out thinking something is wrong with my chocolate chip. I had a nightmare last night that I started bleeding, and I woke up crying my eyes out, and on the verge of throwing up. But, every single time I have these dreams the baby always turns out fine. I don’t know what to do, this is something I’ve wanted forever but I read too much about silent miscarriage and miscarriage in general and my anxiety is horrendous. I can’t even focus at work, because I’m constantly making sure I have some symptoms still😞
