Back pain from this new mom job
Anyone else feeling like they’re 50 all of a sudden? My back hurts so bad from all the bending, squatting, lifting, hunching, breastfeeding...I’m only 24! Not ready to be in daily pain yet.
Anyone have this and any exercises or stretches to overcome this? I try to support my back with pillows while nursing at all times but it’s the constant sitting and holding the baby that’s the real culprit.
