Yes, go to urgent care, if it is mastitis you need antibiotics asap.  Do you have fever, achy?  If not you may still be able to fight it by draining the milk out really well and hydrating!  And yes, you can nurse with the antibiotics.

Oh bless you. Get treatment right away, and absolutely continue to nurse. If you express its fine to give it to baby on same day but don't go storing any to feed at a later date once you're cleared up x

Im also getting my gallbladder taken out on the 25th so will I have to reschedule that because of the antibiotics?
