what should i do

my boyfriend wants to have sex. he just turned 16, and i just turned 15. He has asked me, and i said no.. he said he was fine with that, that he will wait until im ready. i really want to.. like im ready now , its just i got a mental block. he said he’d wear a condom, but thats not 100% safe, nothing is, so i dont want to get pregnant. ik sex aint all he wants or else he would’ve left by now bc we’ve been together for 2 years and he asked awhile back. should i , or should i not have sex with him ?
