Mosquitos?! 😫

These mosquitos are so so bad and my little one will be in this world next week! Did y’all use anything for new babies for mosquitos?

The Jolly Jumper brand makes bug nets to go over car seats and strollers. You can find them on Amazon for less than $10. That's what I used last year when my son was just born. We have mosquitoes, black flies, no-see-ems (aka midges) and deer flies. He didn't get any bites with the net.

I want to say I was told no repellent for the first year by my son's pediatrician. Internet says 6 months though. The pediatrician suggested limiting outdoor time when mosquitoes are most active. Also said to use those Off! Fans or whatever they are. They do make baby repellent but I wouldn't use it until getting the okay from the pediatrician. I personally just stay inside around those times because I'm allergic to mosquitoes and it's less hassle.
