First period after D&C

Amy • Sun, Apr 21 • Married and we have our rainbow baby strong and now a toddler and we have #2 due in august hope she is and wishing everyone a healthy pregnancy and delivery 💍💏🌈💗🤰

I had a D&C the other month unfortunately I had a missed miscarriage at 10.5 weeks with twins. I could tell I was about to have my period I had acne, tiredness, breast tenderness, chocolate crazy cravings and some hormonal raging LoL. But my period this time around I super heavy way more than usual. I've had a miscarriage before this one but I didn't have a D&C and it was light and different for a few times. Anyone else have any experiences they want to share.
