Ectopic??? Neck pain?? No ultrasound yet help!!!!

I'm having some pretty uncomfortable neck pain that comes and goes. Will also lead into my shoulder, it's been over a week and very annoying. Could this be etopic?? That's my biggest fear, I'm 11 weeks 3 days and still have not had an ultrasound :/ please help :(

I’ve had an ectopic and I’ve never heard of neck pain as a symptom. I had terrible pain in the area of my Fallopian tube and room-spinning dizziness. My ectopic was discovered at 8 weeks, and my doctor was surprised my tube had not ruptured at that point. From what I’ve read after the fact, it’s very uncommon for an ectopic to progress beyond 8 weeks with rupturing, and you would have bleeding and be in immense pain in your lower abdomen where the pregnancy is located.

Thanks guys, I've just been reading and scaring myself o guess. But I was also told shoulder pain can be ectopic

Doesn’t sound like typical ectopic symptoms. Probably a pulled muscle or maybe gallbladder issues if it’s your right shoulder?

I think at 11 weeks it would be extremely rare to have an ectopic that hadn't already ruptured.
