I’m 26 days late for my period. I’m Not pregnant. What does that do to my ovaries and reproductive parts? 
How do I know when my period will come ?

At this point you should go to the doctor. You might not have ovulated last cycle which would be a reason your period hasn't come yet. They can run tests to see what the problem is and give you something to jump start your period if they need to.
