missed 2 birth control pills

hey guys please don’t make fun of me or shame me (that happens everytime i post something like this 🙄) but i’ve missed 2 of my birth control pills. i just had my period a week ago so it’s not due but all this week i’ve been bad about taking my pill. the only sex i’ve had was WITH a condom and he never came inside of me. but like i said, i’ve missed 2 pills and now i’m spotting. could i be pregnant or am i overthinking this??!!
