tender nipples

ok ladies I know it's a long shot but I was recently in a car accident and shortly after we tried three nights in a row and here it is well over a month since my accident and my nipples are super super sensitive never before have they been this bad like just a slight touch makes them hard is this a sign of pregnancy ?
