Bumps on leg

I’ve had these small bumps only in my right lower leg for the past few months and went to a skin doc and he told me it’s eczema/atopic dermatitis and gave me a cream and I’ve been using it for a week now with no improvement. I also take a probiotic for women health and so I’m not sure if that’s what’s causing it but it’s helping my other stuff go away. The bumps itch and won’t go away and I’ve tried every cream and lotion. I don’t know what to do. Anyone ever have these?
