Itchy lady parts

Okay so I have been tested and tested negative to everything, no BV or STI’s, or infections of any kind, but near the opening of my vagina, it gets soooo raw and red and starts to even bleed when I wipe even just patting it. I asked my doctor to look at it for me, she did cultures, NOTHING. I need help, I’ve tried diaper rash ointment, I’ve tried lube, I’ve tried coconut oil, shea butter, all kinds of things. It makes it to where sex isn’t even enjoyable some times because I get soooo dry due the itchiness causing pain, and my sweet boyfriend will give me oral for atleast 10-15 minutes hoping it will help, and it does for a little bit, but then it dries up again! Please let me know if anyone else has been through this and what you used either topical/holistic healing remedies because I’m sick and tired of it.
