Tetanus in dogs?

So not sure where to post this, I called the vet already but I’m still anxious. My 1 and a half year old dog came in the house last night bleeding from her foot, not sure if I was coming from her nail or pad. We used baking soda to stop the bleeding and then she was fine. She is ALWAYS outside in the dirt, and when she plays with the dog next door she scratches at this old fence they have. I’m really scared she may get tetanus. Anyone have something like this happen? Should she be okay?
