When to remove??

Hello everyone so i am going to ttc in September 2016 on our honeymoon!! When would be the best time to get my nexplanon removed? I do not want to fall pregnant around the wedding day because i want to be able to drink and do not want to have morning sickness! Its September 24 2016 and our honeymoon to cabo will be the 25-30!! Should i get it removed a few months before and take the pill until September 15th? Im kinda confused so any suggestions would help!

Since it's horemones I would give your body a couple of months to regulate itself, and use condoms until it's time.

I got mine removed in May and I'm still not ovulating! My advice is to get it out a few months before you want to ttc and use non-hormonal methods till you're ready. I wish I had mine out sooner :/

I got pregnant 5 months after mine was out. But my sister in law got pregnant the first month off it. Twice. Without trying. Lol. I don't trust the pill since I got pregnant on it with my first. So I would use condoms. But DO get it removed promptly because it will screw you up if you don't. I was a month past expiration. By week 2, I started heavy bleeding and cramping that lasted 5 wks. I thought I was going to DIE.

Get it removed like 6-9 months before so your hormones and periods can regulate then get on birth control to regulate your periods to a time of the month away from the wedding and honeymoon.  Nothing worse than surprise af on your wedding day or worse your honeymoon.  Then once you are on your honeymoon " forget" your BC at home and baby dance away - that's how we got preg with our daughter :)
