Vulvar dermatitis advice

I got some sort of contact dermatitis on my lady bits from some crappy wipes.

It burns and itches and I have a date that I was hoping I might get lucky from...

Has anyone had this and any successes in getting rid of it quickly?

I'm only wearing cotton underwear or none, loose clothing, no other irritants. I'm soaking on occasion in a warm bath with a tiny bit of baking soda. It seems to be getting better but it's taking forever.

I know it's silly, but it's just really at a bad time.

Any advice would be great.

Yes this is diagnosed by a doctor. Did testing it's not and STD or yeast infection or any other infection.
